Every individual faces challenges and crises in life, which leads to stress and anxiety. Stress is a part of our everyday life. We cannot ignore it, no matter how hard we try. “Laugh it off” is the best stress management therapy. Feeling sad and unhappy alleviates the level of stress. Therefore, try to laugh as much as you can as the process of laughing release endorphins that reduces the levels of cortisol and adrenaline in the human body. It also improves your mood as the brain starts sending happy signals, which ultimately forces you to believe that you are happy and there is nothing to be sad about.
